Schema to XForms?

Schema to XForms?

Hello,
I´m new on this mailinglist and I have two questions.
It is possible to transform an XSD schema to XForms and
exist a tool to solve this problem?

I don't think OPS has such a tool, but you might want to check the IBM
XML Forms Generator project:

The Chiba project also has something along these lines.

OPS does not include such a tool, but we have done some work along those
lines in the past. Maybe Matt can comment on this ;-)

I should say that it is not trivial to build something like this beyond
the first steps. The main issue is IMO that XSD does not contain enough
information to present a complete form. For example, what type of list
do you use to present an enumeration? You quickly arrive at the idea
that you need to add annotations to the XML schema, and that makes the
system more complex. Still, it is a fascinating domain to explore. Let
us know if you progress along those lines and/or if you require our help.
