Renaming form name rule for a Persistence Layer

Yes, this would make sense, and we have the following RFE to track this:

2. Most likely leave them as-is. This would just have an effect on new forms being created and existing forms being renamed.
3. Versions are for published forms, and are created at publish time, so I don't think this should have any impact there.
4. For the summary page of Form Builder? Maybe nothing would need to change there (also see #2). Or am I misunderstanding what you are saying?
