Recolor/emphasize section line on printed forms

Hi,

I want to recolor/emphasize the line below a section when the form is
printed.

Wondering if anyone has a solution I couldn't seem to find one, I have
attached an image for further clarification.

Hi,

This sounds like something that can be done with CSS. See the section below
for more information on how to customize the CSS for the automatic PDF, and
you'll let me know if you manage to make it do what what you have in mind.
