Hi Bruno,

By default, even newer versions of Orbeon Forms use the old format. While
the way repeated grids is more consistent in the new format it is really OK
to keep the "old format" in the database.

The increased consistency simplified code that manipulates the data in
Orbeon Forms, but again, it is fine to store the old format, and Orbeon
Forms will covert back and forth when it reads/writes data from/to the
database.

This to say that if I were you, I wouldn't be too concerned by supporting
the "new format" ;).
