Form not reflecting instance changes (Personalized Orbeon 4.4CE in Chrome V60+), was ok before

Hi Olivier,

Cool, I'm glad you found those files there. However I am not familiar with
the `generated/jsp/web-app` path. That doesn't sound like something Orbeon
Forms is "doing". What app server are you using? Is this the app server
maybe just uncompressing the war file there? Or can you remove that
directory?
