Form builder button labels

Can I change the labels on the buttons for the form builder?

I've changed the buttons that are shown to the user as follows

    <property as="xs:string" name="oxf.fr.detail.buttons.orbeon.builder" value="cancel test publish" />

but this doesn't seem to change the label

    <property as="xs:string" name="oxf.fr.resource.orbeon.builder.en.buttons.publish" value="Save" />

It's ok, working now,  took a restart to get it to work for some reason.

Usually I can just make changes in the properties file and reopen the builder or form I was working on.
