Example of Tree-type control

Jeff Davis-31
Does anyone know of an example of how to create a tree-type control using Orbeon? I'm fairly new to the framework, so I'm trying to get a better understanding of how this can be done (hence, hoping for some sample code).

The menu in the main exmaples page is useful, but I need something that allows for more nesting.

Thanks!

jeff

Hi Jeff,

There is no tree control that comes out of the box with XForms, but we
have recently implemented a tree appearance on the <xforms:select> and
 <xforms:select1> controls.

This is a fairly new addition, so you will need to grab a nightly
build for that. For a full example that you can run in the XForms
sandbox, see:

http://cvs.forge.objectweb.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/ops/orbeon/src/examples/xforms/tree.xhtml?rev=1.10&content-type=text/plain

As mentioned earlier, the tree control is fairly new, so please let us
know if you have any feedback.
