Bug in Form Wizard navigation: missing 'left arrow' button

Hi Alessandro and Erik,
There is an issue with the Form wizard functionality:
I went to the official demo site (demo.orbeon.com), created a form template
with a wizard and named it:wizard

Then I ran it in *new* mode:

I then clicked on the *review* button:

You will notice that the *left arrow button is missing*

Now when you click on the table of content to navigate to the next section
or you click on the arrow right button, an exception is thrown:

Has this issue been identified before? if so, when can we expect a fix for
it?

Thanks for reporting the issue. It is definitely a bug: in "view" mode, the
wizard must not appear at all, and that was the behavior in previous
versions of Orbeon Forms. I entered this issue:

    https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/issues/3386

We will definitely fix this for 2017.2, and backport it to 2017.1 as well.
