403 permisssion denied (when accessing Orbeon from my server after installation)

Trying to access Orbean from my wampserver which i have installed.
Got the orbeon/orbeon-forms source code from github.

If you're getting started, I'd recommend you start with a build (see 1st link
below), and follow the installation steps (see 2nd link below). Once
everything is working the way you want, you can look into compiling Orbeon
Forms yourself, if needed. You'll let me know if this works for you.
